Please note, it is proposed that the Councils retained land will be developed for a proposed, affordable housing development site known as “Hole Farm” (located to the rear of the Property, under separate legal title), the proposed development site comprising approximately 8.14 acres and to provide for 10 dwellings. The Hole Farm site is reached via a private track from Brook Lane, the same track which is used to access the Property. As a result of the development, it will be necessary to widen the access track to enable construction traffic to pass and repass from Brook Lane to the development site, and consequently, potentially relocate the access from the private trackway directly into the Property’s boundary, the location of which is yet to be agreed and will be subject to planning permission, the application to be submitted by the successful bidder.
Interested parties are advised to keep abreast of planning developments relating to the Hole Farm development site on the Council’s planning portal, which will provide the details of any planning application, its progress, and any documents and plans relating to the application. https://planning.cheshireeast.gov.uk/
