The sites are located in the centre of Hounslow, West London. The area is popular with young professionals and families due to its excellent transport links, retail amenities and local parks. The Council have promoted regeneration of Hounslow Town Centre and a number of sites are currently under construction, including High Street Quarter, which will provide a new public square with shops, restaurants and multiplex cinema.
The High Street adjoins Laurence Road to the south and provides a range of local amenities, including High Street retailers, independent shops, banks and Post Office. The Treaty Shopping Centre is located 500 metres to the west and occupiers include Debenhams, H&M and Clarks. Local supermarkets include Asda Superstore, Tesco Express and Aldi.
The sites benefit from excellent transport accessibility as evidenced by the PTAL rating of 6a. Hounslow East station is located 400 metres and 500 metres north east of Laurence Road and Prince Regent Road respectively, and provides Piccadilly Line services to Heathrow and Central London:

Hounslow Train station is located approximately 1.1km (0.7miles) to the south east and provides direct services to London Waterloo in 40 minutes, via Clapham Junction and Vauxhall.
The sites also benefit from close proximity to Heathrow airport which is located 5km (3.2 miles) to the west and is well connected by road to the M4, providing access to Central London to the east and the M25 to the west.
