Marlow is an affluent commuter town in the Thames valley located around 35 miles west of central London, 20 miles east of Reading and 31 miles south east of Oxford.
Marlow town centre offers an excellent range of local independent and national retailers. There are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. The town itself is situated on the banks of the River Thames and the Thames Path follows the river through the town. Just outside the town, the area opens out to rolling countryside and the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Shelley Cottage is set in an attractive part of West Street amongst some handsome period buildings and within walking distance of the town centre.
The town has a train station to Paddington (via Maidenhead - fastest journey time around 45 minutes). The M40 and M4 motorways are accessed from the A404(M).
