      From Bath, follow the A36 in a southerly direction through the village ofLimpley Stoke towards Warminster. Approximately 3.5 miles after passingthrough Limpley Stoke, take the right hand turn onto Farleigh Road,adjacent to the farm shop. Follow Farleigh Road for approximately half amile into the village of Norton St Philip. At the ‘T’ junction turn right and jointhe B3110 ‘Bath Road’. As you exit the village, the land is on the left handside immediately after the last run of houses. Access can be gained via aroadside gateway.From Frome, take the A36 north towards Bath. Approximately 1 mile afterthe Beckington by-pass, take the left hand turn signposted to Norton StPhilip. Follow the B3110 through Norton St Philip and the land is located onthe left hand side as you exit the village.
