    This consisted of 23 residential units extending to 1,593 sq m (17,150 sq ft) NSA and a ground floor commercial unit extending to 320 sq m (3,442 sq ft) GIA. The application was refused on 1st March 2022.


    A subsequent appeal was appealed to the Planning Inspectorate and was dismissed on 31st January 2023.
