Newmarket is a market town close to the Cambridgeshire Suffolk boarders with a population of some 20,000. It is located 60 North East of London and 13 miles east of Cambridge.
Newmarket is well known as a national centre for horse racing. At the current time there in excess of 50 horse training establishments together with two of the largest equine hospitals in the country There are also large science parks located in nearby Cambridge .
The property is located on the Fordham Road less than a mile from the centre of town with ready access to the famous racecourse and gallops
There is good road access to the A14 A11 M11 and A1 trunk roads.
Newmarket has its own railway station which provides good regional connections. Stanstead airport is approximately 33 miles to the south and is easily reached by the M11.
