Following an inspection of the lot a potential buyer has pointed out to the auctioneers that the Seller's title to the Lot as registered under the Title Number might not agree with the boundaries as they are on the ground as the title appears to include a parcel of land beyond the fence line of the rear garden as it is on the ground and that this parcel of land is occupied by a neighbour. The Seller has no information or documentation regarding such occupation, the occupier's right to occupy, how long the land has been occupied and the Lot is to be sold subject to such occupation any right the occupier has to occupy and any claim to possession the occupier may have. The Buyer must rely on their own inspection and enquiries in this respect.
