Located in Eastbourne, a large seaside town in East Sussex.
Situated to the north side of Neville Road, close to the junction with Western Road
The area lies approximately 17 miles east of Brighton, to the east of Beachy Head and is part of the South Downs National Park. Surrounding areas include Bexhill, Lewes and Newhaven.
The area is well connected by rail with direct trains running from Victoria and Gatwick. Bus transportation within the area is poor. Eastbourne is connected by road to London by the A22 and to Brighton by the nearby A27.
