      Located in Bognor Regis, a traditional seaside town in West Sussex on the south coast of England.

      Bognor Regis is located approximately seven miles south east of Chichester and 15 miles west of Worthing.

      The town is connected to Worthing and Chichester by the A259 which intersects with the A27 (the main arterial route along this part of the south coast) to both the east and the west.

      Bognor Regis railway station has direct trains to both Littlehampton (approximately 20 minutes) and London Victoria (approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes).

      Wilton House is located on the eastern side of West Street (B2166) in a terrace of residential properties and the esplanade is at the southern end of the West Street. Opposite the property is a gated, privately owned residential development and to the south west of the property is the Royal Norfolk Hotel. We understand that this is Bognor’s premier hotel and that the rooms to the front have good views over the sea.
