The Barn at Middle Amble and the adjoining land are situated on the western edge of the village of Chapel Amble in North Cornwall.
Chapel Amble provides local facilities including a public house and village shop, whilst the nearby town of Wadebridge is situated approximately 2 miles south of the Property and provides a wider range of shopping and leisure facilities, along with access onto the main A39 public highway and the A389 public highway (leading to the A30 dual carriageway). A mainline railway service is available at Bodmin Parkway, approximately 13 miles south. Regional airports are at Newquay (approximately 16 miles southwest), Exeter (approximately 75.2 miles east) and Bristol (approximately 136 miles northeast).
Many of the nearby coastal locations are popular with seasonal tourists, in particular the areas of Rock, Trebetherick and Polzeathto the west and Trebarwith and Tintagel to the north.
