It is home to the British Museum, the largest museum in the UK, and University College London (UCL). Russell Chambers is located at the junction of Bury Place and Bloomsbury Way (A40) within walking distance of Southampton Row and Kingsway to the east The Inns of Court are nearby. Places of entertainment are also easily accessible to the south at Covent Garden. Bloomsbury Square Garden offers open space within a short walk.
Nearest Underground connections are available from Russell Square (Piccadilly Line), Holborn (Central and Piccadilly Lines) and Tottenham Court Road (Central, Northern and Piccadilly Lines) stations. Main line Rail services run from Euston and King's Cross St Pancras. The A40 provides road links to the west connecting to the North Circular Road (A406) and M40 motorway.
