The site also benefits from good road access, with the A217 (Sutton bypass) and A232 close by, linking to the wider South London and Surrey road networks, include the M25 (Junction 8) to the South. Sutton is also well regarded for its green open spaces, with Manor Park and Sutton Green within walking distance.
