We are delighted to offer for sale this beautiful showpiece tree seat, a bespoke commission that formed a centrepiece in the Savills Garden at Chelsea (as pictured). 

Designed by award-winning ‘King of Chelsea’ garden designer and landscaper, Mark Gregory, and handcrafted by James Booth from Outdoor Design, this seat would make a fabulous focal point for any garden and a lovely place to rest under the shade of your favourite tree.

Made from galvanised steel, the seat has three areas for sitting and three table sections, each with a beautifully simple pea shoot design cut into the steel. The total width is 2 metres and the opening has an aperture of 90 cm, allowing it to accommodate a mature tree. See information pack for detailed drawings and further photographs.

Proceeds of the sale will go to Shaw Trust, a national charity supporting people facing disadvantage to find a way into fulfilling work and to build a strong sense of personal wellbeing. Elements of the Savills Garden are also being relocated to a Shaw Trust home in Nottinghamshire, for children there to enjoy for years to come. The funds raised will give each of Shaw Trust's 180 children new opportunities to grow.
