Lychgate Cottage is located on the east side of High Street in the village centre, to the south of the village green and close to other notable landmarks such as the Old Rectory and the Vache. From here, London Underground (Metropolitan Line) also provides direct access to London (Baker Street, Liverpool Street).The M25 (Junction 17/18) and M40 (Junction 2) motorways are both within 15 minutes’ drive, providing fast routes to London, Heathrow, and the Midlands. The A413 runs close by, connecting to Amersham, Gerrards Cross, and Denham. Local bus services link the village to Amersham, Beaconsfield, Chesham, and Uxbridge. Heathrow Airport is within half an hour by car and Luton Airport within around 45 minutes’ drive.
